LDSS riders participated in the BCSS High School Mountain Biking Championships in Squamish on May 24th. The students had to race in two disciplines; cross-country and enduro. Both courses were extremely difficult, but our students did well considering they had only a few weeks to train. During the trip, the students had opportunities to ride in Williams Lake, Whistler and Squamish. Fun was had by all.
We would like to give a special thank you to: Tahtsa Timber for paying for the fuel for both the mini-bus and the shuttle van; Burnt Bikes for supplying the shuttle van (this trip couldn't happen without it) and our parent chaperones. See you on the trails. Pat and Patti Dubé
